Housing Study Available for Viewing!

At the most recent City Council Meeting, the Council voted to receive and file a Benton Housing Market Study compiled by The Kansas Public Finance Center and Guv Guy Consultants.  This document will be instrumental in the City of Benton building an alternate financing model for residential developers.  The City of Benton will continue to strive to be competitive in the residential market.
